Jerry and Charles

A hearty welcome-aboard to OBAC's new members, Jerry Bockus of Stanbridge East, Que. (left), and Charles Sherrer (right) of Stanbridge Station, Que. Jerry and Charles dropped by the OBAC booth at Expocam just to say hello, but we signed 'em up. OBAC HSY winner

OBAC executive director, Joanne Ritchie (left), presents a road-ready, trucker-friendly laptop computer to HighwaySTAR of the Year winner, Burton "Bud" Rush. Present with Burton are his daughter, Chantell Smyth, left, and his partner, Judy Bailey-Smyth (right).

OBAC provided the computer as part of the prize package awarded to highwaySTAR magazine's HighwaySTAR of the Year winner. The ceremony took place at Expocam in Montreal on April 18.

XM Radio

OBAC ED Joanne Ritchie joins Land Line Now host Mark Reddig on the XM podium at the 2007 Great America Trucking Show in Dallas where loyal listeners were able to chat face-to-face with their favourite Channel 171 Open Road radio show hosts.

Alligator on the Zipper

Alligator on the Zipper, a documentary film celebrating women in trucking, made its debut in Louisville at the 2007 Mid-America Trucking Show. Pictured (left to right) are OBAC's Joanne Ritchie, Jackie Wheeler, an owner-operator from El Paso, TX, one of the seven women featured in the film, and the film's director, Jessica Chornesky from New York City.

WIT Conference
